NOTE: All disputes raised have to be attached with the necessary images.

 

  1. All disputes related to “damage/different product received” have to be submitted to Urban Plant within 48 hours of the order being received.

  2. Exchange requests have to be mailed to Urban Plant within 21 days of the order being received. Beyond that, no request will be processed.

  3. If the item received is “different (color or size)”, in this case, we will refund/ replace it according to stock availability.

  4. If the item received is “damaged or defective”, you need to share clear pictures of the order received with the Invoice of the order.

  5. In case of “missing parts or product delivered”, we will resend the missing quantity or parts. Once the request is raised.

  6. We do not accept returns/refunds of the order which is delivered to you in good condition.

  7. Please note that in case of return, wrap the product in the original packaging to avoid in-route damage.

  8. In case the customer doesn't accept the order, we will deduct shipping charges for the prepaid order. 

  9. The exchange order has to be in original packaging and unused.
