We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Urban Plant. If for any reason you'd like to return a product, please review our return guidelines below:

Return Eligibility

• You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
• Returns are not accepted for live plants unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team at care@urbanplant.in or WhatsApp us at 08069630390 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping

- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll arrange free pickup or reimburse your return shipping.
- If it's a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll initiate the refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy.
