Shipping and Return Policy

The Urban plant ensures quality products and packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for a safe and timely delivery.

• All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address (across India) within 7-8 working days from the date of order. 
• If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 7 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product accordingly.
