At Urban Plant, we follow a transparent and customer-first approach to shipping. Below are answers to commonly asked questions:

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Saturday) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are picked up the next business day. You’ll receive an SMS and Email with a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to deliver your order within 3–7 business days, depending on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, sales, or bad weather conditions.

What are the shipping charges?

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
  • Orders below ₹499 will incur a ₹50 shipping charge
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders above ₹299

How are the products delivered?

We have partnered with leading courier services like Delhivery, Ecom Express, FedEx, DHL, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Urban Plant currently ships only within India, covering almost all serviceable pin codes nationwide.

Can I place an order via phone or WhatsApp?
